Fitness on the way (FOTW) was established in September 2000, Fitness On The Way fulfils Michelle’s (FOTW Founder) life long dream of owning a personal training studio. 

FOTW is founded on the principles and dedication to empower people to be the very best version of themselves,  through daily exercise and a healthy nutritional diet.

With 100% dedication and extensive industry experience  Michelle set out to create a friendly & supportive environment in which each member can receive personalised coaching, encouragement and undivided attention. 

Drawing from a wealth of experience and expertise in the fitness industry spanning across 30 years, Michelle’s one on one approach, combined with an intimate 24/7 access boutique studio is what sets fitness on the away apart from other gyms. 

One of the highlights celebrated at FOTW, was when Hugh Jackman and Deborah Lee Furness stepped through the doors in 2002. Hugh and Debra have since returned to Fitness On The Way to train with Michelle and the team over the years, when they are in town to visit!
